Being Proactive

Okay, one of the things on my list is to lose weight. Its really depressing to see the scale go so high, so I've decided to try and be more proactive when it comes to losing weight.

Now instead of just exercising, and hoping that I lose weight, I'm going to count calories.

    I see we have another thing in common. This is a very sensitive subject for me. Over the past few years I have put on alot of weight and it is very depressing to look at myself in the mirror. I have recently purchased the 6 week body make over program and am waiting to collect my package.

    I have to suceed this time. I use to go the gym but I stopped that, was not seeing any results - like many other things I have tried. I am so positive about this new program, I am planning and taking notes for a new website about my progress. I will be checking on your blog often for inspiration. All the best to you!!!
