Then I weighed myself at Publix on Tuesday...I went up 3 pounds. I'm back at 193, well at least its not my original weight. The fact that I've been so busy makes it hard for me to do everything I need to in order to lose weight. I think it all comes down to good time management.
So, now I'm going to take some steps to help myself manage my time better.
- Keep up with Task/Assignment List.
- Nightly write a todo list for the next day.
- When starting on homework, do the hardest task first.
- During tasks take 5-10 minute breaks every 30 minutes.
I believe these few things will really help me to: Know what needs to be done, have the motivation to do it, and do it.
I've already made my task list for today so I'm off to a good start.
