Today I woke up at 7 am. I managed to pull it off by leaving my car parked overnight in an area that the restrictions start at 7:30 am. That will definitely get me out of bed.
After I took my car to the garage I cam back and went running. The run was intense because it was the first time I've ever ran alone. But I did make it to my turn around spot without stopping, and on the way back I only stopped twice. This is a improvement from the last time I went running (Friday) when I stopped 3 or 4 times.
So as a summary:
Wake up early 5 days a week for 2 weeks. (1/10)
Run 3 days a week for a month. (1/12)

Three Years Later
Or more like 2.75. I've officially started the 101 things in 1001 days challenge. I'm excited and yet scared, a lot of things on my list I don't want to do but at the same time I want to. They're out of my comfort zone. But I will try my best to step outside of my normal boundaries and enjoy life to the fullest, especially over the next three years.
